The supporters of Inmortales FC booed when Red Reign was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Jimilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the game, Alberto Gustafson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Red Reign's Narciso Soporta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xacobo Dorronsoro in the 5th managed to get into a good position. Xacobo Dorronsoro might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Ciocâltea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xacobo Dorronsoro ran back to his position shaking his head. Oso Udoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarrett Fournier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Lopez Portanares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xacobo Dorronsoro came free, but Daniel Ciocâltea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Sweeney struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Oso Udoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inmortales FC. After 56 played minutes Red Reign got a freekick which was hit by Barros Somiedo. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Inmortales FC! With a little luck, Red Reign's Oso Udoy got control of the ball when Jarrett Fournier tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jaime Sweeney's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oso Udoy was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xacobo Dorronsoro in the 69th minute of play forced Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Daniel Ciocâltea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Xacobo Dorronsoro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red Reign fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jarrett Fournier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Oso Udoy made a huge save. 85 minutes into the match, Jarrett Fournier dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oso Udoy, 1-2. After having played for 88 minutes, Jarrett Fournier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inmortales FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarrett Fournier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oso Udoy had great luck who in the 91stth minute grab hold of the ball when Jaime Sweeney from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Santos Wilkes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inmortales FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Wilkes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oso Udoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 99th minute Jaime Sweeney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oso Udoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
