Spectators: 7679 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cesar Edwardo got the match started through his kick off. Juniors FC were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Malvinas Argentinas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Moises Hotz took the corner. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Cesar Edwardo sped through Malvinas Argentinas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ermegildo Baristo. After 16 minutes of play, Malvinas Argentinas's Ivan Toney made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moises Iigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moises Iigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Sidro in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Malvinas Argentinas's goalkeeper Ermegildo Baristo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Juniors FC's Aristides Quinteros managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fernan Abancens in the 24 minute of the game. The supporters of Juniors FC booed when Malvinas Argentinas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Godoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Cesar Edwardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juniors FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Edwardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Baristo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ermegildo Baristo stood somewhat misplaced when Cesar Edwardo came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 29 minute. Ignacio Millano's late challenge caught a Malvinas Argentinas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignacio Millano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd match minute, Juniors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Millano to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Nuno made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Miguel Godoy however managed to control. Cesar Edwardo charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesar Edwardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Juniors FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Cesar Edwardo hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivan Toney made a kick off. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Malvinas Argentinas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Moises Hotz was slow to take the kick. During this time Juniors FC's players had a chance to rest. Moises Hotz made a great header on Juniors FC's corner, it was just that Malvinas Argentinas's Ermegildo Baristo managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 56th minute, Aristides Quinteros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesar Edwardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Baristo having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Malvinas Argentinas's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Edwardo came free, but Ermegildo Baristo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Juniors FC's corner Moises Hotz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ermegildo Baristo quite easily take care of the ball. Cesar Edwardo took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermegildo Baristo. Ermegildo Baristo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Juniors FC's Ricardo Baleren was substituted for Cesar Edwardo. 79 minutes into the match, Malvinas Argentinas's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Baleren came free, but Ermegildo Baristo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Baleren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Ivan Toney had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moises Iigo. Juniors FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Toney was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. After 91 minutes of play, Malvinas Argentinas's Miguel Godoy made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moises Iigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute, Serafin Quentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes, Juniors FC's Moises Hotz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermegildo Baristo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Juniors FC reached it. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
