Lucas Oalo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Hu Wei Shu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hu Wei Shu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grigor Grigoryan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Silverio Gonsalve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Lucas Oalo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Levon Sarkisyan. Khachatryan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Oalo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpected shot in the 17th minute by Grigor Grigoryan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grigor Grigoryan got free with Silverio Gonsalve in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arin Mndoyants could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Silverio Gonsalve made a huge save. With his leg Silverio Gonsalve managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Khachatryan's Bernardo Caballero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hu Wei Shu's late challenge caught a Pegaso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hu Wei Shu helped the player get up and apologised. Hu Wei Shu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Lino Edorta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Levon Sarkisyan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38th play minutes Arin Mndoyants shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Silverio Gonsalve and just under the crossbar into goal. Pegaso's Silverio Gonsalve proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Pegaso from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
After a defensive mix-up in Pegaso's zone, Grigor Grigoryan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silverio Gonsalve came out of the goal and Grigor Grigoryan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khachatryan's Berry Phillips was substituted for Arin Khachaturyan. In the 68th minute of the match Khachatryan got a corner. Pegaso's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernardo Caballero ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Hu Wei Shu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hu Wei Shu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Gonsalve having to interfere. Baltasar Chap could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Levon Sarkisyan made a huge save. Baltasar Chap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pegaso's goalkeeper Silverio Gonsalve, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the game, Khachatryan's Bernardo Caballero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silverio Gonsalve made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Silverio Gonsalve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Caballero in the 96th minute of play. Khachatryan were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Pegaso for a fine match.
