Gergely Kertész was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoltán Vadász in the 37th minute of play forced JuSi Malacky's goalkeeper Róbert Gogoľ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Asi Ohorella in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lajos Révész saved Valencia CF Mindszent from getting behind. After 42 minutes Valencia CF Mindszent's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lukáč Baňák who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Asi Ohorella got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lajos Révész quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 43rd match minute, JuSi Malacky was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Bada to maneuver through the defense. Asi Ohorella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Lajos Révész tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zsolt Mēness received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Róbert Gogoľ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Asi Ohorella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Lajos Révész tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the JuSi Malacky players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
