FC Bors's Renato Vidal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save FC Bors from getting a goal against them. With his leg Renato Vidal managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Tirant lo Blanch's Carlos Loureiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gert Stenkvist in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ding Kahn saved Tirant lo Blanch from getting behind. When FC Bors's Gert Stenkvist, in the 10th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FC Bors. When Alfons Lönn fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bors's protests and gave Alfons Lönn a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Alfons Lönn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tirant lo Blanch's Carlos Loureiro suffered a sore thigh after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Richard Lundin fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bors's protests and gave Richard Lundin a yellow card for diving instead. Tirant lo Blanch made a substitution. José Luis Gayà replaced Carlos Loureiro. Richard Lundin hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Renato Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paco Camarasa in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, FC Bors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert Stenkvist to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Tirant lo Blanch getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. José Luis Gayà hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, FC Bors's goalkeeper Renato Vidal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Luis Gayà. After 27 minutes, Dabi Barba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tirant lo Blanch and the FC Bors players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Bors's Renato Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Luis Gayà in the 29th minute of play. Renato Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Luis Gayà in the 32nd minute of the match. Ding Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Stenkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert Stenkvist in the 35th minute of play forced Tirant lo Blanch's goalkeeper Ding Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Gert Stenkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ding Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ding Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gert Stenkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 47 minutes of play FC Bors's Alfons Lönn was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Renato Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Luis Gayà in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Tirant lo Blanch getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Paco Camarasa hit a great ball. Renato Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Luis Gayà in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute José Luis Gayà shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renato Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, José Luis Gayà got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, Gerard López hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that José Luis Gayà's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renato Vidal was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Renato Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Luis Gayà in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Vicente Rodríguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, José Luis Gayà ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renato Vidal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a rather tough play, FC Bors's Gert Stenkvist got a free kick in the 77th minute. Renato Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Luis Gayà in the 78th minute of the match. Renato Vidal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Luis Gayà's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the game, Tirant lo Blanch's José Luis Gayà nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renato Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 86th minute, José Luis Gayà ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renato Vidal was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 91st minute, José Luis Gayà left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tirant lo Blanch fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After a rather tough play, FC Bors's Anders Forsell got a free kick in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the match, FC Bors's goal looked a bit too open when Paco Camarasa came free, but Renato Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, José Luis Gayà managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tirant lo Blanch's supporters rose to their feet, but José Luis Gayà was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renato Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tirant lo Blanch's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
