Spectators: 7690 (Terracing: 5768, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xabier Castro started the match with the kick off. Agostinho Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Olszewski in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute Fernandinho Maranhense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Janko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hug Sola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agostinho Santana having to interfere. After 15 played minutes C. A Chipa y Terere got a freekick which was hit by Hug Sola. The crowd rose to their feet as Litoral EC - CIMZ's Rui Prado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pavel Janko. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. In the 31st minute Gwidon Olszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agostinho Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of C. A Chipa y Terere booed when Litoral EC - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Paraibano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gwidon Olszewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agostinho Santana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Jaume Navaes came free, but Agostinho Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C. A Chipa y Terere's Pavel Janko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandinho Maranhense in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Agostinho Santana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xabier Castro in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xabier Castro got free with Agostinho Santana in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to C. A Chipa y Terere getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Xabier Castro hit a great ball. After 62 played minutes, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Tales Leite shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pavel Janko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Litoral EC - CIMZ reached it. Agostinho Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Olszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agostinho Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Olszewski in the 65th minute of the match. Agostinho Santana made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Xabier Castro sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute Gwidon Olszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agostinho Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute Xuoco Morlote shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agostinho Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Tales Leite got a free kick in the 71st minute. Litoral EC - CIMZ made a substitution. Geovani Arce replaced Carlos Augusto Paiva. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xabier Castro got free with Agostinho Santana in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Geovani Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agostinho Santana made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Xabier Castro sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute of the game Marcus Paulista made a throw-in which Fernandinho Maranhense played forward. Xabier Castro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Agostinho Santana firmly grabbed it by the left post. Xabier Castro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Agostinho Santana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the referee blew the final whistle, Litoral EC - CIMZ could leave the field as winners, despite C. A Chipa y Terere having more of the ball for most of the match.
