In the 3rd minute Jedrzej Kasprzak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Panpili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Panpili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jedrzej Kasprzak, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. When Gelu Măcrinici fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BlueLionesse's protests and gave Gelu Măcrinici a yellow card for diving instead. Ákos Szél received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Tomas Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BlueLionesse's Tomas Panpili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Kasprzak in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Nagyváradi AC got a freekick which was hit by Kenneth Rognerud. Tomas Panpili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ábel Zarka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Nagyváradi AC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hong Xing Yang hit a great ball. After 24 minutes of play, Nagyváradi AC's Jedrzej Kasprzak made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Panpili was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Jos Van Hinnendael successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 33rd minute, Matías Suárez made a precise shot to the right of Jos Van Hinnendael. Nagyváradi AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 36th minute, Ábel Zarka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomas Panpili was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 40 minutes into the match, Nagyváradi AC's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Begal came free, but Jos Van Hinnendael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Ábel Zarka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Panpili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Panpili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Kasprzak in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Kasprzak in the 44th minute of play forced BlueLionesse's goalkeeper Tomas Panpili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, BlueLionesse's goal looked a bit too open when Ábel Zarka came free, but Tomas Panpili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Jedrzej Kasprzak's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tomas Panpili firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jos Van Hinnendael came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by BlueLionesse's Matías Suárez. But to his dismay, Matías Suárez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Tomas Panpili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonz Földi, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Marlon Brando was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 70 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the game, one of BlueLionesse:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. BlueLionesse:s Tomas Panpili showed great skill when he stopped Jedrzej Kasprzak:s penalty. In the 74th minute Isac Begal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jos Van Hinnendael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jedrzej Kasprzak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Tomas Panpili made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matías Suárez in the 81st minute of play forced Nagyváradi AC's goalkeeper Jos Van Hinnendael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ákos Szél sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
