Tomasz Cebula took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ömür Seyfeddin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ömür Seyfeddin in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomasz Cebula saved Goral Zywiec from getting behind. The attack was good, but when Ömür Seyfeddin in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a rather tough play, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Otto Alberg got a free kick in the 56th minute. Kazimierz Munko was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Goral Zywiec's Tomasz Cebula played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökçek Kolçak in the 64th minute of play. Marian Chilavert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofil Czajka's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Gökçek Kolçak's late challenge caught a Goral Zywiec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gökçek Kolçak helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes Zagłębie Dąbrowskie got a freekick which was hit by Gökçek Kolçak. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Dawid Andrychowski took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Marian Chilavert to make any attempt to save it.
