RB Chubut's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Federico Lucente scored to the left of an out of position Paco Zamora, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Lucente in the 11th minute of play forced RB Chubut's goalkeeper Paco Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Nestor Nazario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paco Zamora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Lucente in the 14th minute. Alvaro Rotili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrézinho Pelé in the 35th minute of play. Federico Lucente hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Alvaro Rotili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrézinho Pelé in the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in A.S. Udinese's zone, Andrézinho Pelé stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Rotili came out of the goal and Andrézinho Pelé tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paco Zamora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto De Francesco in the 44th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Salomone got free with Paco Zamora in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

RB Chubut made a substitution. Adrian Cristos replaced Inocencio Ramirez. A.S. Udinese made a substitution. Alessio Ferreri replaced Tom Pervik. The wind increased when Niles Moran made the kick off in the second half. Niles Moran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvaro Rotili read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Paco Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Lucente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Rotili made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Niles Moran sent off a good shot on target. Niles Moran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Rotili having to interfere. Udinese's goalkeeper Alvaro Rotili had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niles Moran. Cristiano Maggi made in the 78th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Concetto De Francesco however managed to control. Udinese's supporters rose to their feet, but Federico Lucente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paco Zamora breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the game, RB Chubut's Niles Moran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvaro Rotili made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Alvaro Rotili made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niles Moran in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, Domenico Cremonese hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The RB Chubut players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented A.S.
