Brothers of Mercy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Boumans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 范邦天 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Boumans, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, Brothers of Mercy's Jens-Ola Ek got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 20th minute Harry Boumans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 范邦天 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute Pål Joensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Kjellman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Runa United's Viktor Kjellman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Alström in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Johannes Alfors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 范邦天 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Pål Joensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brothers of Mercy's supporters rose to their feet, but Pål Joensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Kjellman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pål Joensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Runa United's Viktor Kjellman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Runa United from getting a goal against them. In the 38th minute Johannes Alfors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 范邦天 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 范邦天 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Boumans in the 42nd minute of the match. The Brothers of Mercy fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Brothers of Mercy's Pål Joensson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

Viktor Kjellman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pål Joensson in the 51st minute of the match. Dag Salqvist hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 范邦天 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Forsberg in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Harry Boumans lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated 范邦天. With an all-out effort, Runa United's 范邦天 threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Johannes Alfors, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 67th minute Sten Forsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 范邦天 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viktor Kjellman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pål Joensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 范邦天 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Boumans in the 69th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Johannes Alfors notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Brothers of Mercy's 范邦天. 范邦天 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 范邦天 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harry Boumans in the 77th minute. 范邦天 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Boumans in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Runa United defense, Pål Joensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Viktor Kjellman. The Runa United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Viktor Kjellman should have stopped the shot. Nils Ekblom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Kjellman having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Nils Ekblom made a precise shot to the right of Viktor Kjellman. Runa United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. Runa United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
