Nacho González showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Lester in the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anana Wally in the 12th minute of play forced FC LIVERPOOL's goalkeeper Frank Pearce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Pearce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anana Wally, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Lester in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nacho González prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Turgut Tuluk was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 22 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Fred Tutorskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC LIVERPOOL's supporters rose to their feet, but Fred Tutorskiy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nacho González breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Yi Feng in the 25th minute of play forced よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's goalkeeper Nacho González to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gong Yi Feng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nacho González read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Frank Pearce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anana Wally, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Nacho González made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Lester in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Richie Byfield got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Michael Lester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Nacho González tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Pearce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anana Wally, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

FC LIVERPOOL's Howard Layfield managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gospodin Sidzhimov in the 51 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Yi Feng in the 55th minute of play forced よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's goalkeeper Nacho González to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Pearce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Cunha in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Lester came free, but Nacho González reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Renato Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Pearce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Michael Lester recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nacho González. Michael Lester showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's Júnior Quintana was substituted for Anana Wally. 71 minutes into the game, Júnior Quintana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Frank Pearce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nacho González made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Gazanfer Canıtez sent off a good shot on target. FC LIVERPOOL's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fred Tutorskiy in the 81st minute. Jim Lyons came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nacho González could save by the left post. Nacho González made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Yi Feng in the 87th minute of play. Gong Yi Feng took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nacho González. Nacho González dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ made a substitution. Osvaldo Ardiles replaced Isidro Contera. FC LIVERPOOL's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
