Anselmo Feliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rambo Rambo's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, Celestino Medardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anselmo Feliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaxx Jax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Playa Malvín's Jean-Claude Van Damme managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Evaristo Otoniel in the 11 minute of the game. The supporters of Playa Malvín booed when Ilulea FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Häger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Arizmendi made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Valério Bomba sent off a good shot on target. After 19 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Baldemar Urbieta. A sloppy throw-in by Evaristo Otoniel in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Playa Malvín's Jean-Claude Van Damme. Ilulea FC's Anselmo Feliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rambo Rambo in the 23rd minute of play. Anselmo Feliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rambo Rambo in the 28th minute of the match. When Ilulea FC's Joaquin Gumaro in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Darwin Núñez to make the kick off. Rambo Rambo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ilulea FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Slawomir Winszman hit a great ball. Anselmo Feliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaxx Jax, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 66th match minute, Playa Malvín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by You Guang Liang to maneuver through the defense. Darwin Núñez in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anselmo Feliz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Anselmo Feliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Trevilla in the 87th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Trevilla in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmo Feliz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Playa Malvín supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Playa Malvín would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
