Spectators: 7509 (Terracing: 5632, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Hemmersbacher SV's Olaf Teufer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Engilbjartur Hallsson came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Befruktas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Engilbjartur Hallsson couldn't finish the play. Rupert Schreiber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Malte Brummer made a huge save. Malte Brummer was a little too slow when Olaf Teufer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Hemmersbacher SV's goal looked a bit too open when Engilbjartur Hallsson came free, but Warren Dutzler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Warren Dutzler came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Befruktas FC's Alf Brenner. But to his dismay, Alf Brenner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Malte Brummer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olaf Teufer in the 26th minute. After 28 minutes, Harry Lindkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Befruktas FC and the Hemmersbacher SV players grew even worse after the yellow card. 33 minutes into the match, Luis Palluzzi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Malte Brummer, 2-1. Harry Berg charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Berg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Befruktas FC's Harry Berg got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 47 minutes of play, Hemmersbacher SV's Rupert Schreiber made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Malte Brummer was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Engilbjartur Hallsson made the kick off in the second half. Alf Brenner received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Warren Dutzler came out and tried to block the shot, but Alf Brenner slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 58th minute. If Engilbjartur Hallsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malte Brummer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Teufer, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, Immanuel Rusterholz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 84 played minutes Befruktas FC got a freekick which was hit by Alf Brenner. In the 88th minute, Olaf Teufer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hemmersbacher SV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Malte Brummer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olaf Teufer went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Malte Brummer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rupert Schreiber, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Hemmersbacher SV walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
