The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Freddy Palacios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stelios Goumas having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Walter Pandiani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fesport FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Menelaos Borbokis kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goal looked a bit too open when Baldovino Nueva came free, but Stelios Goumas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by tHe SOnS of rAGnar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rodrigo Parra was slow to take the kick. During this time Fesport FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Fesport FC's corner Gonzalo Cazorla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stelios Goumas quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Menelaos Borbokis in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diagur Infante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Fesport FC's Silverio Jaen got a free kick in the 20th minute. Diagur Infante was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Menelaos Borbokis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Menelaos Borbokis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Menelaos Borbokis got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Menelaos Borbokis got his second yellow card of the match in the 29th minute. The referee ordered Menelaos Borbokis off the ground. A collision led to tHe SOnS of rAGnar getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Menelaos Borbokis hit a great ball. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Stelios Goumas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Parra in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Giro Dean was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fesport FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave tHe SOnS of rAGnar the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fesport FC's Giro Dean got a free kick in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Cazorla came free, but Stelios Goumas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walter Pandiani in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stelios Goumas saved tHe SOnS of rAGnar from getting behind. In the 44th minute, Gonzalo Cazorla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Walter Pandiani to strike the kick off in the second half. Stelios Goumas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonzalo Cazorla in the 51st minute. Gonzalo Cazorla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Stelios Goumas made a huge save. Stelios Goumas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonzalo Cazorla's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. If Nikos Papadopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes tHe SOnS of rAGnar got a freekick which was hit by Theofilos Zaninos. Stelios Goumas made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Gonzalo Cazorla sent off a good shot on target. When Santiago Camaño fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fesport FC's protests and gave Santiago Camaño a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Fesport FC's Santiago Camaño got a free kick in the 68th minute. Fesport FC's Diagur Infante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantinos Chiotis in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st match minute, Fesport FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Palacios to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute of the match Loukas Kanavidis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diagur Infante showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vaggelis Stratis hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Walter Pandiani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelios Goumas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nikos Lagonikakis was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 91 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of tHe SOnS of rAGnar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fesport FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 93 minutes, Fesport FC's Rodrigo Parra got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Stelios Goumas. In the 95th match minute, Fesport FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Dean to maneuver through the defense. Fesport FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
