Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The audience thought a goal was coming when Carmelo Feliz got free with Kasım İpçi in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Epifanio Velasco took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kasım İpçi to make any attempt to save it. Kasım İpçi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Ofelio in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Feliz in the 10th minute of play forced Palestine's goalkeeper Kasım İpçi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kasım İpçi was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Epifanio Velasco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Epifanio Velasco really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Kasım İpçi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Santikurtz in the 27th minute of play. Romeo Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oğuz Kasım, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Club Universidad Nacional's Epifanio Velasco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Kasım İpçi was a little too slow when Leonides Ofelio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 6-0. Kasım İpçi came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Universidad Nacional's Carmelo Feliz. But to his dismay, Carmelo Feliz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cenap Aras to make the kick off. Kasım İpçi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Velasco in the 52nd minute of play. Kasım İpçi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonides Ofelio's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Ofelio came free, but Kasım İpçi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th match minute, Palestine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anıl Baran Günsel to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Leonides Ofelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Universidad Nacional's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonides Ofelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kasım İpçi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Velasco came free, but Kasım İpçi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Palestine's Semavi Baran ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Romeo Pedroso. Romeo Pedroso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-1. Oğuz Kasım fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Pedroso having to interfere. Kasım İpçi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Velasco in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Ofelio in the 67th minute of play forced Palestine's goalkeeper Kasım İpçi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes of play, Club Universidad Nacional's Epifanio Velasco made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kasım İpçi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leonides Ofelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 74 minutes into the match, Epifanio Velasco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kasım İpçi. Palestine's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Epifanio Velasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. After 77 minutes of play, Club Universidad Nacional's Epifanio Velasco made it 10-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kasım İpçi was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Palestine defense, Arturo Santikurtz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kasım İpçi. The Palestine fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kasım İpçi should have stopped the shot. Theodór Pérez kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Theodór Pérez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasım İpçi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Ofelio came free, but Kasım İpçi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kasım İpçi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Aymerick Pérez came free, but Kasım İpçi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Club Universidad Nacional were the better team. Club Universidad Nacional's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
