In the 25thth minute of the game Ryszard Seliga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MZetowe Mastodonty's Korneliusz Pieprz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Hieronim Drapinski fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MZetowe Mastodonty's protests and gave Hieronim Drapinski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, MZetowe Mastodonty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hieronim Drapinski to maneuver through the defense. When Lucjan Rydzyk fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Twierdza Wroclaw's protests and gave Lucjan Rydzyk a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Twierdza Wroclaw getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Lucjan Rydzyk hit a great ball. Korneliusz Pieprz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Seliga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Leszek Wysocki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Pieprz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Waldemar Zdrojowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cezary Hoffman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 40 minutes into the match. Zbyszko Bartochowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leszek Wysocki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. MZetowe Mastodonty's Waldemar Zdrojowy got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Twierdza Wroclaw's Mariusz Buczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patryk Chowaniec in the 65th minute of play. If Zbyszko Bartochowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Korneliusz Pieprz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 75th match minute, MZetowe Mastodonty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patryk Chowaniec to maneuver through the defense. Mariusz Buczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Bartochowski in the 79th minute of the match. If Leszek Wysocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Leszek Wysocki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Korneliusz Pieprz. MZetowe Mastodonty's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leszek Wysocki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. A collision led to MZetowe Mastodonty getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Hieronim Drapinski hit a great ball. After 94 minutes, Igor Niezywy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MZetowe Mastodonty and the Twierdza Wroclaw players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th match minute, MZetowe Mastodonty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Niezywy to maneuver through the defense. Korneliusz Pieprz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tolek Bartocha in the 95th minute. Twierdza Wroclaw's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
