After a defensive mix-up in Manfredi AFC's zone, Ernesto Velloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albino Lazcano came out of the goal and Ernesto Velloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Trancoso came free, but Albino Lazcano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Agua Santa's Ivo Figueiredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albino Lazcano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. A sloppy throw-in by Ernesto Velloso in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Manfredi AFC's Lucio Dominguez. Nereo Ralondo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Agua Santa's Tomé Mota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Agua Santa from getting a goal against them. Ivo Figueiredo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Albino Lazcano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Trancoso in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Ivo Figueiredo made a precise shot to the right of Albino Lazcano. Manfredi AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Figueiredo in the 41st minute of play forced Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Albino Lazcano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivo Figueiredo was the one to do the kick off. Dadá Moura might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albino Lazcano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dadá Moura ran back to his position shaking his head. 53 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Albino Lazcano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alessandro Trancoso. Ivo Figueiredo took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albino Lazcano. Albino Lazcano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Albino Lazcano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dadá Moura received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Albino Lazcano came out and tried to block the shot, but Dadá Moura slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 59th minute. Albino Lazcano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo Figueiredo in the 63rd minute of play. After 67 minutes, Dadá Moura made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Manfredi AFC's Albino Lazcano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dadá Moura in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Albino Lazcano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Albino Lazcano was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Dadá Moura capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dadá Moura really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. After 80 minutes of play, Agua Santa's Alessandro Trancoso made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albino Lazcano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dadá Moura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Albino Lazcano made a huge save. Serafino Galtero charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafino Galtero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th match minute, Manfredi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Galtero to maneuver through the defense. Dedê Mendes's late challenge caught a Manfredi AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dedê Mendes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Dedê Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Bernardino Baudelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Agua Santa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Manfredi AFC throughout the match.
