Carabata Groove's Marciano Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Goi in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Orlondon in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Milio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Frances in the 10th minute of play forced Caricancha's goalkeeper Elias Milio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Carabata Groove's Ceferino Miro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elias Milio. That made the score 2-0 after 21 minutes of play. Marciano Monico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Goi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Maxin lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Marciano Monico came out of the goal and Braulio Ledesma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 minutes, Braulio Ledesma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caricancha and the Carabata Groove players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Braulio Ledesma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
