Amílcar Mota blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mihály Földesi having to make a save. After having played for 18 minutes, Amílcar Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZEZOM TEAM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amílcar Mota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafim Arruda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihály Földesi having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, José Gonçalves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihály Földesi. Gyál United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Gonçalves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Mihály Földesi made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Amílcar Mota sent off a good shot on target. ZEZOM TEAM's Radamel Falcão got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amílcar Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 44th play minutes Amílcar Mota shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Mihály Földesi and just under the crossbar into goal. If Miklós Bodnár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Mihály Földesi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amílcar Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Mihály Földesi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amílcar Mota in the 56th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amílcar Mota in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mihály Földesi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Gyál United getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. István Földes hit a great ball. If Serafim Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 62nd minute ZEZOM TEAM were awarded a corner. Afonso Sacadura went to the cornerflag to take it. Afonso Sacadura made a great header on ZEZOM TEAM's corner, it was just that Gyál United's Mihály Földesi managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by István Földes during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes Gyál United got a freekick which was hit by István Földes. When ZEZOM TEAM's Amílcar Mota in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gyál United's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Amílcar Mota's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mihály Földesi was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Csaba Kossuth ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Gyál United's Miklós Bodnár getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Géza Bozsik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Amílcar Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihály Földesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ZEZOM TEAM's Serafim Arruda got a free kick in the 78th minute. Serafim Arruda's late challenge caught a Gyál United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafim Arruda helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, ZEZOM TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafim Arruda to maneuver through the defense. Amílcar Mota took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mihály Földesi. Mihály Földesi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. José Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to ZEZOM TEAM getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. José Gonçalves hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amílcar Mota in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mihály Földesi saved Gyál United from getting behind. Amílcar Mota took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mihály Földesi. Mihály Földesi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in Gyál United's zone, Amílcar Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihály Földesi came out of the goal and Amílcar Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Pedro Pacheco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
