Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Zane Dyson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saturnino Aurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Wilkins in the 18th minute of play. After 23rd play minutes Freddie Boston shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Saturnino Aurre and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 32nd match minute, Flamengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keith Ripley to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Yofré AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddie Boston came free, but Saturnino Aurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Rory Trimble hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Guillermo Orkatz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Flamengo's Alfred Clemence.
