Andrea Pavel came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gerrit Diependaele could save by the left post. In the 4th minute, Andrea Pavel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerrit Diependaele was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 7th minute, Portus Ganda's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Andrea Pavel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Portus Ganda defense, Sabin Butnaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerrit Diependaele. The Portus Ganda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerrit Diependaele should have stopped the shot. Gerrit Diependaele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Dancu in the 11th minute of play. When Sabin Butnaru came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Ghostbusters CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabin Butnaru couldn't finish the play. Gerrit Diependaele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Dancu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Billie Van Den Abeele's late challenge caught a Ghostbusters CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Billie Van Den Abeele helped the player get up and apologised. Andrea Pavel struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Gerrit Diependaele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ghostbusters CF. After 24 minutes, Tudor Şerban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ghostbusters CF and the Portus Ganda players grew even worse after the yellow card. Portus Ganda's Henri-Xavier Verengen was substituted for Rolf Stevens. In the 26th minute Wim Vits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radu Neculce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerrit Diependaele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Dancu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Ghostbusters CF's Sabin Butnaru dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Portus Ganda's goalkeeper Gerrit Diependaele had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrea Pavel. Andrea Pavel scored 6-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerrit Diependaele, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Augustin Dancu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sabin Butnaru took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerrit Diependaele. Gerrit Diependaele dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. With a little luck, Portus Ganda's Gerrit Diependaele got control of the ball when Andrea Pavel tried to sneak it across the goal line.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wim Vits made a kick off. The supporters of Ghostbusters CF booed when Portus Ganda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Robin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Portus Ganda's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Dancu came free, but Gerrit Diependaele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerrit Diependaele didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrea Pavel went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Gerrit Diependaele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Dancu in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Butnaru in the 61st minute of play forced Portus Ganda's goalkeeper Gerrit Diependaele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Ludwig Tombeur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portus Ganda's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludwig Tombeur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radu Neculce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andrea Pavel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Augustin Dancu put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gerrit Diependaele. After 79 minutes of play, Ghostbusters CF's Andrea Pavel made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerrit Diependaele was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the game, Andrea Pavel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Gerrit Diependaele was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Portus Ganda's Gerrit Diependaele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Pavel in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ghostbusters CF's Moise Nanu got a free kick in the 88th minute. Ludwig Tombeur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Radu Neculce. Ghostbusters CF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gerrit Diependaele didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrea Pavel went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score.
