The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Nacional Potosí:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.:s goal. After 7 minutes of play, Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.'s Diego Avila made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valery Abecia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 11 played minutes Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Acedo. 14 minutes into the match, Montxo Acosta notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Nacional Potosí's Valery Abecia. Valery Abecia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute, Quinto Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xabier Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes, Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.'s Diego Avila shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valery Abecia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. reached it. Manolo Candamil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Valery Abecia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.'s Luis-Miguel Camara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cugat Abechuco in the 37th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Nacional Potosí's goal looked a bit too open when Montxo Acosta came free, but Valery Abecia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Nacional Potosí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Abendano to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.'s Montxo Acosta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valery Abecia. Valery Abecia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Quinto Abajas struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Luis-Miguel Camara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nacional Potosí. The supporters of Nacional Potosí booed when Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnau Campoamor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Cordeara Abenda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional Potosí's supporters rose to their feet, but Cordeara Abenda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis-Miguel Camara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eustaquio Abendano hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Nacional Potosí defense, Diego Avila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valery Abecia. The Nacional Potosí fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valery Abecia should have stopped the shot. In the 81st minute, Montxo Acosta made a precise shot to the right of Valery Abecia. Nacional Potosí's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Cugat Abechuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis-Miguel Camara having to interfere. Rogelio Abel charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogelio Abel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th match minute, Nacional Potosí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Abel to maneuver through the defense. Los Pumas de Ocaña S.A.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
