The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nihat Kahveci during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nihat Kahveci hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ersan Adalı in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Velichko Mitrakiev saved ФК Фанагория from getting behind. Aristides Orzaize showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kostadin Punev in the 29th minute of the match. When Yaman Academy®'s Ersan Adalı in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ФК Фанагория's goalie prevented a goal. After taking down the ball on Yaman Academy®'s corner Theo Hernández fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Velichko Mitrakiev quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Ersan Adalı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Velichko Mitrakiev was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Kostadin Punev managed to get in a good position for a shot. ФК Фанагория's supporters rose to their feet, but Kostadin Punev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Orzaize breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nencho Stoychovski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Velichko Mitrakiev came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Yaman Academy®'s Nihat Kahveci. But to his dismay, Nihat Kahveci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Violet Skachkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aristides Orzaize read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Galin Tzarvulkov was the one to do the kick off. Velichko Mitrakiev acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Theo Hernández. Galin Tzarvulkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Orzaize having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, ФК Фанагория's goalkeeper Velichko Mitrakiev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ersan Adalı. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ersan Adalı got free with Velichko Mitrakiev in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ersan Adalı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Velichko Mitrakiev made a huge save. Kostadin Punev succeeded in the game's 68th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. In the 70th match minute, ФК Фанагория was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Bradistilov to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes, Yaman Academy®'s Theo Hernández shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Velichko Mitrakiev came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yaman Academy® reached it. Aristides Orzaize showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostadin Punev, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Nihat Kahveci kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stayko Vatzev during the 79th minute.
