Frédson da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Philip Lägdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Philip Lägdin made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Igor Porto sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nisse Jul during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nisse Jul hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Claes Brogren. After a defensive mix-up in North Pole Kickers's zone, Igor Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philip Lägdin came out of the goal and Igor Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duda Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nisse Jul in the 37th minute of play. If Igor Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute, Aesir FC FSCMZ's Frédson da Cunha ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Philip Lägdin. Philip Lägdin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Frédson da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Frédson da Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Philip Lägdin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Nisse Jul made the kick off in the second half. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Frédson da Cunha got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Aesir FC FSCMZ booed when North Pole Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Snow didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, North Pole Kickers's Duda Soeiro threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nisse Jul, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. North Pole Kickers's Claes Snow managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nestor Varela in the 62 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Aesir FC FSCMZ's zone, Nisse Jul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duda Soeiro came out of the goal and Nisse Jul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Igor Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Philip Lägdin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frédson da Cunha's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. A collision led to North Pole Kickers getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Claes Brogren hit a great ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Frédson da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frédson da Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute, Claes Brogren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Porto in the 79th minute of play forced North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Philip Lägdin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Igor Porto made a precise shot to the right of Philip Lägdin. North Pole Kickers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 91st minute, Frédson da Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of North Pole Kickers booed when Aesir FC FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Duda Soeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claes Brogren. Philip Lägdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Porto in the 96th minute of the match. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
