Paulius Spudulis hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Jotautas Gutauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Minas Piliouras in the 13th minute of play. Benas Zibavičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute of the match, Benas Zibavičius got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vassilis Sapanis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 28thth minute of the game Minas Piliouras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kings's Jotautas Gutauskas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kings's Jotautas Gutauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Minas Piliouras in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to PAOK FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Marios Karagiannos hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, Jeronimas Gaižiūnas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vassilis Sapanis, 1-0. 40 minutes into the game, Stelios Aggeloulis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PAOK FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kings the free kick. After a rather tough play, PAOK FC's Stelios Aggeloulis got a free kick in the 41st minute. Jotautas Gutauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theodosis Giannou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Kings's goal looked a bit too open when Minas Piliouras came free, but Jotautas Gutauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeronimas Gaižiūnas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vassilis Sapanis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benas Zibavičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Kings defense, Theodosis Giannou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jotautas Gutauskas. The Kings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jotautas Gutauskas should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Kings booed when PAOK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marios Karagiannos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th match minute, Kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herkus Survila to maneuver through the defense. PAOK FC were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Kings's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manos Arnidis took the corner. The corner ended in Manos Arnidis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kings's Jotautas Gutauskas did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albertas Skinderis during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Albertas Skinderis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kings's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
