Iordache Minea came out of the goal and Cristoforo Schirone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfonso Damiani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iordache Minea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of YR☆ Rossoneri™ booed when Fiume Veneto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camillo Malatesta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iordache Minea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristoforo Schirone in the 26th minute of play. After 34 played minutes YR☆ Rossoneri™ got a freekick which was hit by Eric Marica. YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Iordache Minea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Damiani in the 35th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Alfonso Damiani put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Iordache Minea. After a rather tough play, Fiume Veneto's Alfonso Damiani got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Fabiano Borel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Fiume Veneto were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferdinand Murgescu made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Fiume Veneto's Alfonso Damiani made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iordache Minea was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of YR☆ Rossoneri™ booed when Fiume Veneto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Schirone didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, YR☆ Rossoneri™'s goalkeeper Iordache Minea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Damiani. Fiume Veneto's Emilio Esposito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Geambașu in the 69th minute of play. Domenico Forlano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 75th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Emilio Esposito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Murgescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristoforo Schirone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iordache Minea made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Alfonso Damiani sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristoforo Schirone in the 87th minute of play forced YR☆ Rossoneri™'s goalkeeper Iordache Minea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristoforo Schirone might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iordache Minea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristoforo Schirone ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fiume Veneto eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
