In the 11th minute, Vicente Quinaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 17 minutes, Dario Brion mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pretorianos FC and the DPD FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, DPD FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gavino Dalmai fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in DPD FC's zone, Arnaldo Tome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Pais came out of the goal and Arnaldo Tome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Natalio Fidele got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ildefonso Bordat. Ildefonso Bordat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Joaquin Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Pais didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gavino Dalmai went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. DPD FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Gavino Dalmai scored to the left of an out of position Nuno Pais, making the score, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in DPD FC's zone, Gavino Dalmai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Pais came out of the goal and Gavino Dalmai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when DPD FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Pessoa didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Nuno Pais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Tome in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, Pretorianos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Bordat to maneuver through the defense. Pretorianos FC's Gavino Dalmai got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gavino Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Pais having to interfere. If Joaquin Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. DPD FC's Nuno Pais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Dalmai in the 64th minute of play. Gavino Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Pais having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in DPD FC's zone, Gavino Dalmai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Pais came out of the goal and Gavino Dalmai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Arnaldo Tome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Pretorianos FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Mateo Felipillo hit a great ball. Nuno Pais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Dalmai in the 83rd minute of play. When Arnaldo Tome came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Pretorianos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Tome couldn't finish the play. If Gavino Dalmai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. DPD FC's Nuno Pais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Dalmai in the 89th minute of play. Pretorianos FC's Gavino Dalmai suffered a sore thigh after 89 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 89 minutes, João Pessoa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DPD FC and the Pretorianos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pretorianos FC made a substitution. Lázaro Sayvion replaced Gavino Dalmai. Nuno Pais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Tome, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when DPD FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Tristão didn't get a good kick on the ball.
