In the 5th minute, Delmiro Sola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonel Rafe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Reynaldo Rami charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Rami the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 11 minutes into the match, Olando Liendo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of La Cosa Nostra's Leonel Rafe. Leonel Rafe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonel Rafe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casomiro Valdaliso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casomiro Valdaliso hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 17 minutes in the game, Everardo Regis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lorien Vilela having to interfere. Leonel Rafe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olando Liendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Walter-Adrián Colmenares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Rafe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Albano Madeo fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Cosa Nostra's protests and gave Albano Madeo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Programayin booed when La Cosa Nostra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Madeo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonel Rafe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casomiro Valdaliso in the 36th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Everardo Regis in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorien Vilela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, Programayin's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Regis came free, but Lorien Vilela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Lleir kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes, Programayin's Jaume Alderete shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonel Rafe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Programayin reached it. Leonel Rafe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter-Adrián Colmenares, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Leonel Rafe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Sola in the 44th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Everardo Regis to make the kick off. Casomiro Valdaliso had several of the La Cosa Nostra's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Leonel Rafe as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lorien Vilela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Llorienzo in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Programayin getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Eguntsenti Lasquibar hit a great ball. When Eustacio Llorienzo came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the La Cosa Nostra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustacio Llorienzo couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Programayin's Walter-Adrián Colmenares slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonel Rafe. That made the score 1-4 after 71 minutes of play. 1-5 became the score in the 75th minute when Casomiro Valdaliso elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Casimiro Pacorro charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Casimiro Pacorro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 played minutes La Cosa Nostra got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Pacorro. A collision led to Programayin getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Jaume Alderete hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Casomiro Valdaliso took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Leonel Rafe to make any attempt to save it. Leonel Rafe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Walter-Adrián Colmenares went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. The La Cosa Nostra fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Programayin were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
