NK FOLKROLA's Rene Venika tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes into the match, NK FOLKROLA's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Breogan came free, but Rene Venika reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Marij Jazbec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Rogelio Cidro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and NK FOLKROLA's Rene Venika didn't even have to move. Tetes Titans's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Bore Ristič scored to the left of an out of position Mauricio Olayo, making the score, 1-1. 22 minutes into the game, Robert Koren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Mauricio Olayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Silvo Puh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ožbolt Ćubić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Mauricio Olayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Tetes Titans's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Koren came free, but Mauricio Olayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krsta Sršen's late challenge caught a Tetes Titans's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krsta Sršen helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes NK FOLKROLA got a freekick which was hit by Krsta Sršen. Rene Venika took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Cidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, one of NK FOLKROLA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for NK FOLKROLA. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leon Breogan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Bore Ristič had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauricio Olayo. Tetes Titans's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bore Ristič was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. After 57 minutes, Bore Ristič mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NK FOLKROLA and the Tetes Titans players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bore Ristič hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Erasmo Egoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Leon Breogan put it in 3-4 from a short distance just to the right of Rene Venika. After having played for 71 minutes, Luciano Matro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tetes Titans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Matro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mauricio Olayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ožbolt Ćubić in the 73rd minute of play. Braulio Elia kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Mujo Tavčar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mauricio Olayo. Tetes Titans's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Luciano Matro could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Rene Venika however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, NK FOLKROLA's Ožbolt Ćubić got a free kick in the 82nd minute. A collision led to Tetes Titans getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Enrique Maties hit a great ball. Tetes Titans's Mauricio Olayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Koren in the 86th minute of play. Erasmo Egoi hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Leon Breogan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Venika having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tetes Titans walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
