In the 7th minute, Valentin Vorobiev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The STORM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Omer Vandamme kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Varlam Baburin. That made the score 1-1 in the 10 minute of play. When North Hill United's Mil Vandamme in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After taking down the ball on North Hill United's corner Arnauld Gramet fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Varlam Baburin quite easily take care of the ball. Freddy Tilemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Maley in the 26th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Igor Maley during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of North Hill United booed when STORM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Maley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sylvan Vanden Bossche kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Varlam Baburin made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Omer Vandamme sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute, David De Raeijmaecker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Igor Maley managed to get in a good position for a shot. STORM's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Maley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddy Tilemans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Igor Maley made a precise shot to the right of Freddy Tilemans. North Hill United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Varlam Baburin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Omer Vandamme went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Irakliy Drashkovskiy fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored STORM's protests and gave Irakliy Drashkovskiy a yellow card for diving instead. Irakliy Drashkovskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 52 minutes into the game, North Hill United's Omer Vandamme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Varlam Baburin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Varlam Baburin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omer Vandamme in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57thth minute of the game Omer Vandamme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but STORM's Varlam Baburin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Varlam Baburin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omer Vandamme in the 58th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omer Vandamme in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Varlam Baburin saved STORM from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as STORM's Valentin Vorobiev slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Freddy Tilemans. That made the score 3-3 after 62 minutes of play. 66 minutes into the match, STORM's goal looked a bit too open when Omer Vandamme came free, but Varlam Baburin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When David De Raeijmaecker fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored North Hill United's protests and gave David De Raeijmaecker a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to North Hill United getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. David De Raeijmaecker hit a great ball. In the 71st minute, Valentin Vorobiev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Omer Vandamme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnauld Gramet hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 77 minutes in the game Nikolay Kosunov got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. In the 83rd minute Omer Vandamme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Varlam Baburin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, North Hill United's Omer Vandamme made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Varlam Baburin was left in no man's land by his defense there! STORM's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because North Hill United had won, even though STORM had held more of the ball.
