After 5 played minutes MasterBets got a freekick which was hit by Toader Condescu. In the 6th minute, Cláudio Ramalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Xiboquinha FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Yuri Velloso hit a great ball. When MasterBets's Eusebiu Moculescu in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xiboquinha FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Frédson Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frédson Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gică Chifan in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihnea Arnăuțoiu in the 29th minute of play forced Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Frédson Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frédson Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihnea Arnăuțoiu's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Duda Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Xiboquinha FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Duda Veiga hit a great ball. Frédson Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrei Neața, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 36th match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélio Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Frédson Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihnea Arnăuțoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Xiboquinha FC booed when MasterBets was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihnea Arnăuțoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th match minute, MasterBets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihnea Arnăuțoiu to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Stelian Gorun notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Xiboquinha FC's Frédson Freire. Frédson Freire was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hélio Meireles made a kick off. Frédson Freire made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Mihnea Arnăuțoiu sent off a good shot on target. The MasterBets fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when MasterBets's Mihnea Arnăuțoiu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 55th minute, Mihnea Arnăuțoiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frédson Freire was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 58 minutes of play, MasterBets's Stelian Gorun made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frédson Freire was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Xiboquinha FC defense, Gică Chifan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frédson Freire. The Xiboquinha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frédson Freire should have stopped the shot. 69 minutes into the game, Stelian Gorun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Frédson Freire. Stelian Gorun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Mihnea Arnăuțoiu struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Frédson Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MasterBets. MasterBets's Ovidiu Ştefulescu was substituted for Anton Pacurar. When MasterBets's Stelian Gorun in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xiboquinha FC's goalie prevented a goal. Frédson Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Arnăuțoiu in the 78th minute of play. Toader Condescu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Frédson Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stelian Gorun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mihnea Arnăuțoiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Xiboquinha FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MasterBets were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
