Artur Pereira took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Medardo. Flavio Medardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cássio Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. With his leg Claudinei Proença managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Quebracho FC's Santos Lekubegi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 16th minute, Artur Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santos Lekubegi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 17th playminute. The supporters of Breguete FC booed when Quebracho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Tomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Pereira during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Artur Pereira hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute Gogo Etxekopar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Quebracho FC's Rolando Argi got a free kick in the 25th minute. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Murilo Godoi hit a great ball. When Zacarias Mikelar came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Quebracho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacarias Mikelar couldn't finish the play. Flavio Medardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murilo Godoi's shot from short distance in the 37th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sidnei Mineiro to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes, Quebracho FC's Roman Karlo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Claudinei Proença came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quebracho FC reached it. After 53 played minutes Breguete FC got a freekick which was hit by Murilo Godoi. Gogo Etxekopar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudinei Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Lekubegi in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Claudinei Mesquita hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Etxekopar in the 62nd minute of play forced Breguete FC's goalkeeper Claudinei Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinei Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Lekubegi in the 78th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gogo Etxekopar in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei Proença prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 80 played minutes Breguete FC got a freekick which was hit by Claudinei Mesquita. The supporters of Breguete FC booed when Quebracho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Mikelar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
