In the 4th minute, Franklin Agurto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivo Tamburdzhiyski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklin Agurto in the 12th minute of play forced ПФК Берое's goalkeeper Ivo Tamburdzhiyski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Felipe Arauz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ivo Tamburdzhiyski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 15 minutes of play, ORION F.C.'s Franklin Agurto made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivo Tamburdzhiyski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jose Calderón lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 22 minutes into the game, one of ORION F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gilberto Spadafora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ПФК Берое's Ivo Tamburdzhiyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Arauz in the 37th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felipe Gómez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Felipe Gómez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivo Tamburdzhiyski having to make a save. Ivo Tamburdzhiyski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Gómez in the 58th minute of the match. ORION F.C.'s Felipe Gómez got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arso Hrisimov struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Jonathan Treviño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ПФК Берое. Felipe Gómez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Luchito Gómez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Ivo Tamburdzhiyski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anani Metev came free, but Jonathan Treviño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Arso Hrisimov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Treviño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivo Tamburdzhiyski came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by ORION F.C.'s Felipe Gómez. But to his dismay, Felipe Gómez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. In the 83rd minute, Parvan Petrishki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Gómez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ivo Tamburdzhiyski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rayko Stanchev hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Ivo Tamburdzhiyski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Gómez in the 89th minute of play. Ivo Tamburdzhiyski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Gómez's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Luchito Gómez kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Felipe Gómez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Tamburdzhiyski having to interfere. ORION F.C. played a much better game than ПФК Берое and deserved their victory. The ПФК Берое players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
