After 45 minutes, Gürhan Akçalı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - and the Gonzo Style f.c players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 0-2 when İsmet Üstünbay sped through Gonzo Style f.c's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Federico Marsilio. Gonzo Style f.c's Augusto Vieri got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
