The Club Deportivo Diagüita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eder Olaso should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorato Chauriye in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luizão Vidal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Valerio Ampuero fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Deportivo Diagüita's protests and gave Valerio Ampuero a yellow card for diving instead. Luizão Vidal came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo Diagüita's Honorato Chauriye. But to his dismay, Honorato Chauriye quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Reginaldo da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Josué Fevre struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Luizão Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Diagüita. In the 91st minute, Honorato Chauriye left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportivo Diagüita fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. 95 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Diagüita's goal looked a bit too open when Frédson Seco came free, but Eder Olaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Excelência de Luxe players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
