The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. S.C. Sardaukar's Osvaldo Rosalio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Freire in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Motta Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Zeca Esteves hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Jiang Zheng Yin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Rosalio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Osvaldo Rosalio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Freire's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. After 12 played minutes S.C. Sardaukar got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Serafo. After some careless play in the S.C. Sardaukar defense, Elias Freire kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osvaldo Rosalio. The S.C. Sardaukar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osvaldo Rosalio should have stopped the shot. In the 16th minute, Agustin Serafo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of S.C. Sardaukar booed when Motta Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osvaldo Rosalio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zeca Esteves went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Motta Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after S.C. Sardaukar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zeca Esteves took the corner. The corner ended in Zeca Esteves almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but S.C. Sardaukar's Osvaldo Rosalio did a great save. After 31 played minutes S.C. Sardaukar got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Jago. In the 32nd minute Jiang Zheng Yin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Rosalio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Elias Freire cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Osvaldo Rosalio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. S.C. Sardaukar's Osvaldo Rosalio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeca Esteves in the 37th minute of play. When Serafino Salvidor fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Sardaukar's protests and gave Serafino Salvidor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th match minute, S.C. Sardaukar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Salvidor to maneuver through the defense. Jiang Zheng Yin kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Osvaldo Rosalio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Freire in the 41st minute of the match. Osvaldo Rosalio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Freire, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

In the 54th minute, Zeca Esteves made a precise shot to the right of Osvaldo Rosalio. S.C. Sardaukar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. 58 minutes into the match, S.C. Sardaukar's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Freire came free, but Osvaldo Rosalio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the S.C. Sardaukar defense, Zeca Esteves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osvaldo Rosalio. The S.C. Sardaukar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osvaldo Rosalio should have stopped the shot. Serafino Salvidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th match minute, Motta Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Alves to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Motta Futebol Clube's Elias Freire dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. Jiang Zheng Yin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the game, Motta Futebol Clube's Zeca Esteves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osvaldo Rosalio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. If Elias Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Freire received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osvaldo Rosalio came out and tried to block the shot, but Elias Freire slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 82nd minute. A collision led to S.C. Sardaukar getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Serafino Salvidor hit a great ball. Vinicio Magdaleno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alberto Soeiro. Motta Futebol Clube's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Elias Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Rosalio having to interfere. S.C. Sardaukar's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Elias Freire 92 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-13. S.C. Sardaukar's Osvaldo Rosalio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save S.C. Sardaukar from getting a goal against them. Motta Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
