Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leon Valkeneers got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, FC Dezassete's goalkeeper Tiago Dantas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mathieu-Maxim Toussain. FC Dezassete's Tiago Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dries Coremans in the 8th minute of play. Tiago Dantas made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Carl Vinckx sent off a good shot on target. Tiago Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carl Vinckx in the 11th minute. Elias Ribeiro hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Gillis Heirremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carol Ferraz in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute Dries Coremans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Kobe Parmentier fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lions United's protests and gave Kobe Parmentier a yellow card for diving instead. Kobe Parmentier kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carl Vinckx got free with Tiago Dantas in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hermano Sales kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carol Ferraz in the 25th minute of play forced Lions United's goalkeeper Gillis Heirremans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Dries Coremans dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tiago Dantas, 1-0. Tiago Dantas made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Carl Vinckx sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Lions United's Kobe Parmentier got a free kick in the 35th minute. Tiago Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carl Vinckx in the 38th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gillis Heirremans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carol Ferraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Kobe Parmentier got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Lions United's Kobe Parmentier got a free kick in the 57th minute. Tiago Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Vinckx in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Carl Vinckx made a precise shot to the right of Tiago Dantas. FC Dezassete's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Tiago Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dries Coremans in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Filinto Belo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Lions United fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Lions United's Carl Vinckx looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the FC Dezassete defense, Carl Vinckx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiago Dantas. The FC Dezassete fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiago Dantas should have stopped the shot. Tiago Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Vinckx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filinto Belo got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to FC Dezassete getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Filinto Belo hit a great ball. Tiago Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dries Coremans in the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Dezassete's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Robbrecht Valcke was slow to take the kick. During this time Lions United's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Lions United's corner Robbrecht Valcke fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tiago Dantas quite easily take care of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, FC Dezassete's goal looked a bit too open when Dries Coremans came free, but Tiago Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiago Dantas came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Lions United's Carl Vinckx. But to his dismay, Carl Vinckx quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, David Caires managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Dezassete's supporters rose to their feet, but David Caires was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gillis Heirremans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lions United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
