Cayetano Tono showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Congo Bongo's Epifanio Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Baumer in the 23rd minute of play. Fashions del Averno's Cayetano Tono proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Fashions del Averno from getting a goal against them. 28 minutes into the match, Lino Tonete dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cayetano Tono, 2-0. 31 minutes into the match, Victoriano Jerrold had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cayetano Tono. Fashions del Averno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoriano Jerrold was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 36th minute, Congo Bongo's Lino Tonete ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cayetano Tono. Cayetano Tono yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Epifanio Ihazintu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Gaztea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Maximiliano Teyo fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fashions del Averno's protests and gave Maximiliano Teyo a yellow card for diving instead. Congo Bongo's Epifanio Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Baumer in the 43rd minute of play. Maximiliano Teyo got his second yellow card in the match during the 44th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 45 played minutes Fashions del Averno got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Teyo. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Tonete made a kick off. Fashions del Averno's Cayetano Tono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Tonete in the 56th minute of play. Congo Bongo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gabriel Gaizko in the 58th minute. After 63 played minutes Fashions del Averno got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Bartuelo. The Congo Bongo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After some careless play in the Fashions del Averno defense, Prudencio Herauso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cayetano Tono. The Fashions del Averno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Tono should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute, Prudencio Herauso made a precise shot to the right of Cayetano Tono. Fashions del Averno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Fashions del Averno's Cayetano Tono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Tonete in the 80th minute of play. Cayetano Tono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Herauso in the 81st minute of the match. Cayetano Tono didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Prudencio Herauso went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score.
