The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jakub Wieczorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zula Makarewicz in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Radomiak Radom's Antoni Rudy got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Zenon Maurycy made a precise shot to the right of Tadeusz Piglowski. Radomiak Radom's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Tadeusz Piglowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Siekierski in the 20th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Radomiak Radom defense, Sebastian Liermann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeusz Piglowski. The Radomiak Radom fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeusz Piglowski should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Radomiak Radom's goalkeeper Tadeusz Piglowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konrad Siekierski. After a rather tough play, Radomiak Radom's Adam Chlapowski got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Tadeusz Piglowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Dyczkowski in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Dyczkowski in the 37th minute of play forced Radomiak Radom's goalkeeper Tadeusz Piglowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigiusz Dyczkowski took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tadeusz Piglowski. Tadeusz Piglowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After having played for 45 minutes, Zenon Maurycy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piast Leszczyny's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zenon Maurycy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Radomiak Radom's Mikolaj Andrychowski got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Florian Hodyl charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florian Hodyl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes Radomiak Radom got a freekick which was hit by Florian Hodyl. Radomiak Radom's Tadeusz Piglowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Liermann in the 58th minute of play. Ziemowit Skwira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Liermann scored 6-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeusz Piglowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Piast Leszczyny's Klement Karanowski was substituted for Marian Tarka. Florian Hodyl got his second yellow card in the match during the 77th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 78th match minute, Radomiak Radom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Hodyl to maneuver through the defense. Zenon Maurycy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeusz Piglowski having to interfere. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
