The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolas Laredo in the 5th minute of play forced REAL VASCO RIO's goalkeeper Percival Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafo Casuso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Sergipano in the 6th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, TiGrEs Fx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikolas Laredo to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute of the match, Emerson Trevisan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Serafo Casuso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caco de Souza got free with Serafo Casuso in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emerson Trevisan scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafo Casuso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, TiGrEs Fx's Serafo Casuso got control of the ball when Eriberto Sergipano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Serafo Casuso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrão Souza in the 23rd minute of play. Emerson Trevisan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Serafo Casuso came out and tried to block the shot, but Emerson Trevisan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. Serafo Casuso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Sergipano in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match, Eriberto Sergipano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Serafo Casuso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 35th minute Cristóvão Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafo Casuso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes of play, REAL VASCO RIO's Eriberto Sergipano made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafo Casuso was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Eriberto Sergipano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Serafo Casuso. That made the score 4-0 in the 40 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo-Eduardo Negrete during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Serafo Casuso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 55th match minute, REAL VASCO RIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natã Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute Eriberto Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafo Casuso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafo Casuso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrão Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TiGrEs Fx's Serafo Casuso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Sergipano in the 65th minute of play. Serafo Casuso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristóvão Melo went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the match, TiGrEs Fx's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Sergipano came free, but Serafo Casuso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emerson Trevisan during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emerson Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Emerson Trevisan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafo Casuso. TiGrEs Fx's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emerson Trevisan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Serafo Casuso was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Taurino Torrealba managed to get in a good position for a shot. TiGrEs Fx's supporters rose to their feet, but Taurino Torrealba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Percival Prestes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. TiGrEs Fx's Serafo Casuso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Sergipano in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by TiGrEs Fx's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. José Pedro Simão was slow to take the kick. During this time REAL VASCO RIO's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóvão Melo in the 95th minute of play forced TiGrEs Fx's goalkeeper Serafo Casuso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that REAL VASCO RIO were the better team. REAL VASCO RIO's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
