Enio Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Damario, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute El Millo de Haedo were awarded a corner. Feliciano Gilabert went to the cornerflag to take it. Maximino Rosio hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Facopo FBPA's Enio Trigo got control of the ball when Evaristo Savier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute, Cássio Rezende left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Facopo FBPA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Enio Trigo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by George Drake. Evaristo Savier might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enio Trigo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evaristo Savier ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Facopo FBPA's Enio Trigo got control of the ball when Evaristo Savier tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enio Trigo made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Evaristo Savier sent off a good shot on target. Evaristo Savier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enio Trigo having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Aristides Damario kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Enio Trigo. That made the score 1-1 in the 38 minute of play. Enio Trigo made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Evaristo Savier sent off a good shot on target. 43 minutes into the match, Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Enio Trigo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Savier. Facopo FBPA's Enio Trigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Facopo FBPA from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evaristo Savier to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Savier in the 59th minute of play forced Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Enio Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enio Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Berbiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 67th match minute, Facopo FBPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franklin Favoretto to maneuver through the defense. Enio Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Gilabert in the 68th minute of play. Gustavo Eusko made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Duda Favoretto sent off a good shot on target. Facopo FBPA's Enio Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Berbiz in the 76th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Evaristo Savier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enio Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enio Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Gilabert in the 84th minute of play. Enio Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Savier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Facopo FBPA's Enio Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Savier in the 86th minute of play. After 86 played minutes Facopo FBPA got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Donatello. In the 87th match minute, El Millo de Haedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luís Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th match minute, Facopo FBPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitório Bueno to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Pedro Luís Schmidt notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Facopo FBPA's Enio Trigo. Enio Trigo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 96 minutes into the match, Facopo FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Savier came free, but Enio Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Facopo FBPA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for El Millo de Haedo.
