In the 2nd minute, Deivid Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, River de Ramos Mejía's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Ferreira came free, but Dionisio Aureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. River de Ramos Mejía's Dionisio Aureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Ferreira in the 4th minute of play. Casimiro Millrick hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Lucio Guib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionisio Aureo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvaldo Cosme in the 11th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Tabajara Londrina LBFC's Orlando Bittencourt seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Orlando Bittencourt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tabajara Londrina LBFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Orlando Bittencourt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tabajara Londrina LBFC! Esteve Dimo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Edvaldo Cosme took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dionisio Aureo. Dionisio Aureo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Edvaldo Cosme scored 1-3 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dionisio Aureo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Artur Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edvaldo Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Dionisio Aureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Edvaldo Cosme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tabajara Londrina LBFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edvaldo Cosme was the one to do the kick off. Edvaldo Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dionisio Aureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edvaldo Cosme might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dionisio Aureo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edvaldo Cosme ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edvaldo Cosme in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dionisio Aureo saved River de Ramos Mejía from getting behind. When Artur Arósio came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Tabajara Londrina LBFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artur Arósio couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute, Edvaldo Cosme fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Dionisio Aureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deivid Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Edvaldo Cosme succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. If Edvaldo Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dionisio Aureo was a little too slow when Teofil Niezywy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-6. Tabajara Londrina LBFC's Melquiades Maiorga got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 90 played minutes Tabajara Londrina LBFC got a freekick which was hit by Artur Arósio. Dionisio Aureo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deivid Mandrak went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. Tabajara Londrina LBFC played a much better game than River de Ramos Mejía and deserved their victory. The River de Ramos Mejía players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
