In the 4th minute Davy Giacomoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Lauaxeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburcio Lauaxeta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo Péret in the 9th minute. Brian Soria came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventus Argentina FC's Igor Osorio. But to his dismay, Igor Osorio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Isaac Bernal charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaac Bernal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute, Isaac Bernal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brian Soria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Mino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juventus Argentina FC's Igor Osorio got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Juventus Argentina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Silviano to maneuver through the defense. When Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Davy Giacomoni in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Victoriano Cordearo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Étienne Lebret got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Davy Giacomoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Victoriano Cordearo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus Argentina FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Formation Pure Lyonnaise the free kick. Tiburcio Lauaxeta acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 34th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Isaac Bernal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Mino in the 42nd minute of play forced Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Brian Soria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Victoriano Cordearo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Juventus Argentina FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Igor Osorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Igor Osorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uriel Mino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juventus Argentina FC's Igor Osorio got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Brian Soria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Mino in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match, Victoriano Cordearo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Brian Soria was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 71 minutes into the match, Juventus Argentina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Étienne Lebret came free, but Tiburcio Lauaxeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Péret received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Tiburcio Lauaxeta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Juventus Argentina FC's Teobaldo Presebal got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute of the match, Victoriano Cordearo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Brian Soria was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 82nd minute, Igor Osorio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Mino came free, but Brian Soria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Uriel Mino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Soria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Cordearo got free with Brian Soria in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Étienne Lebret got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the match was over Juventus Argentina FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Formation Pure Lyonnaise throughout the match.
