Victor Mandrak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Urtsin, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute Roberto Urtsin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Urtsin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Victor Mandrak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Domingos Urtun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte da Costa in the 12th minute of play. Belmiro da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Alexandre Arósio in the 21st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cementerio Club's Emanuel Jerold. 26 minutes into the match, Cementerio Club's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir Paiva came free, but Domingos Urtun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingos Urtun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte da Costa in the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimir Paiva in the 29th minute of play forced Cementerio Club's goalkeeper Domingos Urtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Cornelio Macerio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cementerio Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Dornelas FC the free kick. The supporters of Sporting Dornelas FC booed when Cementerio Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Macerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingos Urtun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Arantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With an all-out effort, Cementerio Club's Victor Mandrak threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daniel Dolfo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Juarês Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Urtun having to interfere. Daniel Dolfo took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victor Mandrak. Victor Mandrak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roberto Urtsin made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Léo Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Dolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Mandrak having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte da Costa in the 56th minute of play forced Cementerio Club's goalkeeper Domingos Urtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingos Urtun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juarês Donato went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, Sporting Dornelas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Urtsin came free, but Victor Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingos Urtun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duarte da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Cementerio Club's Cornelio Macerio got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 75th match minute, Cementerio Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Jerold to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Gustavo Leocadio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
