Luciano Zubiete kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Henri Quesada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodemo Escribar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Patrice Sénéchal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Quera. In the 13th match minute, Saint Côme de Fresné was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Garbay to maneuver through the defense. Saint Côme de Fresné's Patrice Sénéchal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Quera in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Patrice Sénéchal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Christophe Dugas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicodemo Escribar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 22nd play minutes Marco Quera shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Patrice Sénéchal and just under the crossbar into goal. Nicodemo Escribar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henri Quesada in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Copaquire's Fernando Pinochet got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Saint Côme de Fresné's Patrice Sénéchal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Quera in the 35th minute of play. Pacífico Yete hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Luc Boulogne took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicodemo Escribar. Copaquire's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Marco Quera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copaquire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Quera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Patrice Sénéchal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henri Quesada was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Copaquire booed when Saint Côme de Fresné was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Touzard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toni Marshall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrice Sénéchal having to interfere. After 55 minutes, Marco Quera made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Saint Côme de Fresné's Patrice Sénéchal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonatán Izamit hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Luc Boulogne reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicodemo Escribar. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 66th minute, Christophe Dugas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saint Côme de Fresné fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 69th minute, Henri Quesada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Copaquire getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Marco Quera hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Saint Côme de Fresné's zone, Eleazar Canío stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrice Sénéchal came out of the goal and Eleazar Canío tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Copaquire booed when Saint Côme de Fresné was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmed Fougeray didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saint Côme de Fresné's Patrice Sénéchal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Quera in the 80th minute of play. Eleazar Canío fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrice Sénéchal having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Jordan Garbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 87 minutes, Toni Marshall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copaquire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toni Marshall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrice Sénéchal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Zubiete in the 91st minute of play. Saint Côme de Fresné's Patrice Sénéchal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Marshall in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of Saint Côme de Fresné were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Copaquire side.
