Herminio Afonso came out of the goal and Siniša Mihajlović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Márk Kuti made a precise shot to the right of Herminio Afonso. EL PEPO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Guo Jing Yuan might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herminio Afonso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guo Jing Yuan ran back to his position shaking his head. The Edelényi Bányász fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Edelényi Bányász's Márk Kuti looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Márk Kuti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Herminio Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alonzo Paskal during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, Gábor Csongrádi made a precise shot to the right of Herminio Afonso. EL PEPO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Herminio Afonso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Márk Kuti went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. In the 82nd match minute, EL PEPO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Bide to maneuver through the defense. After 84 played minutes EL PEPO FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Bide. 88 minutes into the match, Guo Jing Yuan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Herminio Afonso, 0-10. Márk Kuti had several of the EL PEPO FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 92 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-11 score and a disappointed Herminio Afonso as he didn't even see the shot coming. Edelényi Bányász's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
