Spectators: 7549 (Terracing: 5663, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Felipe da Mata made the kick off which started today's match. Villiam Olofsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edu Cavalcante having to make a save. Villiam Olofsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Villiam Olofsson in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edu Cavalcante, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gabriel Jacobsson's late challenge caught a Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Jacobsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Gabriel Jacobsson got a free kick in the 21st minute. Villiam Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe da Mata in the 27th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Strömbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Villiam Olofsson in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edu Cavalcante, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Villiam Olofsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edu Cavalcante having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Villiam Olofsson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Edu Cavalcante. Edu Cavalcante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Simon Kvarnström hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Villiam Olofsson made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Villiam Olofsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golden Lions FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Villiam Olofsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edu Cavalcante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Felipe da Mata hit a great ball. Villiam Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Edu Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Villiam Olofsson in the 62nd minute of play. Edu Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Ekegren in the 64th minute of the match. Wiliam Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Villiam Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edu Cavalcante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villiam Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Villiam Olofsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edu Cavalcante. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Villiam Olofsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Edu Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villiam Olofsson in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute, Villiam Olofsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Strömbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chicão Guedes. If Villiam Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edu Cavalcante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Villiam Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's zone, Villiam Olofsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edu Cavalcante came out of the goal and Villiam Olofsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Michael Ekegren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edu Cavalcante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Villiam Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chicão Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jens-Ola Strömbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Golden Lions FC had played much better football throughout.
