Carter Di Rocco hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damaso Orlin got free with Dino Cimino in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Damian Raphael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Damaso Orlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Racing Club's Damian Raphael slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dino Cimino. That made the score 1-0 after 24 minutes of play. Valentin Musko's late challenge caught a Villa Gordiani's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Musko helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Musko. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Orlin in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Cimino saved Villa Gordiani from getting behind. After 42 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Tximitx.

The wind increased when Damian Raphael made the kick off in the second half. Damian Raphael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Cimino having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Damian Raphael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Raphael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lorenzo Tximitx charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Tximitx the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Villa Gordiani made a substitution. Arturo Tiburtini replaced Amedeo Scarpa. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damian Raphael during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 70 minutes, Attilio Verdone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa Gordiani and the Racing Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Villa Gordiani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Attilio Verdone to maneuver through the defense. When Damian Raphael came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Racing Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Raphael couldn't finish the play. Dino Cimino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damaso Orlin's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The Racing Club fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Racing Club's Damaso Orlin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Damaso Orlin kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Racing Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
