Romulo Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Dorio Laje didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarmiento de Resistencia. Valhalla F.C.'s Dorio Laje played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Sarmiento in the 7th minute of play. Bernabe George made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bizen Eguia in the 8th minute of play. Aaron Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The supporters of Valhalla F.C. booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Bitxintxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernabe George took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bizen Eguia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustin Cayo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Piorno Llera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valhalla F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Valhalla F.C. getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Osmundo Bullan hit a great ball. In the 43rd match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Rodrygo Goes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernabe George came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Valhalla F.C.'s Bizen Eguia. But to his dismay, Bizen Eguia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After the first half Valhalla F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Romulo Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. Bizen Eguia hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Dorio Laje took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Bernabe George got control of the ball when Piorno Llera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bizen Eguia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 65th playminute. Bernabe George took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bizen Eguia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Agustin Cayo fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarmiento de Resistencia's protests and gave Agustin Cayo a yellow card for diving instead. Agustin Cayo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Ulises Bitxintxo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Agustin Cayo was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 88th match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. Bernabe George acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bizen Eguia. In the 94th minute, Osmundo Bullan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Sarmiento de Resistencia supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Valhalla F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Valhalla F.C..
