Spectators: 7845 (Terracing: 5885, Seating: 1804, VIP seats: 156) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cauã Barreto started the match with the kick off. The supporters of C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 booed when Wambalamba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Carioca didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 5 minutes, Antero De Pedro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antero De Pedro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arrosko Cañadas charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arrosko Cañadas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Arrosko Cañadas hit a great ball. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Dalmu Lagunas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauã Barreto in the 11th minute of play. Amauri Aparecido made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Manu Kanu sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ponce Delgado got free with Amauri Aparecido in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the match, Wambalamba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antero De Pedro came free, but Amauri Aparecido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Antero De Pedro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amauri Aparecido. Antero De Pedro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Dalmu Lagunas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Diniz in the 31st minute of the match. Wambalamba FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jardel Loureiro in the 33rd minute. In the 38th minute, Tato Abadia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amauri Aparecido was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antero De Pedro in the 41st minute of play forced Wambalamba FC's goalkeeper Amauri Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amauri Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ponce Delgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Amauri Aparecido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oriol Alvarez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amauri Aparecido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Paulo Dantas during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes Wambalamba FC got a freekick which was hit by João Paulo Dantas. Amauri Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oriol Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes of play, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Oriol Alvarez made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amauri Aparecido was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amauri Aparecido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ponce Delgado's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Wambalamba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antero De Pedro came free, but Amauri Aparecido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antero De Pedro scored 5-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amauri Aparecido, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oriol Alvarez scored 6-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amauri Aparecido, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the game, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Oriol Alvarez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
